This modern home offers clean designs with warmth. At each side of the open living/dining/kitchen spaces there are either sliding glass doors or glass sliding/folding doors, blurring the boundary between the interior and exterior, borrowing space from the outdoors. Choose between vista0™ v1 main home, or a combination of a main home and a third module (v2) that can be attached or detached. The modules can be arranged in a variety of configurations which create outdoor spaces and courtyards; connected with enclosed walkways; or have an enclosed greenhouse in between. The vista0™ home can range in size between 2 bedrooms/2 modules to 4 bedroom/4 modules. Using the additional studio space, you can have a granny unit, or additional income rental studio apartment (check with your local planning jurisdiction). The vista0™ can also be a great option for a small resort, using the v2.4 custom floor plan as separate guest villas. The flat parapet has a slightly sloped roof behind for drainage. Photovoltaic solar panels can be located either on the roof or on the trellises. There are also sloped roof options available above the living/dining/kitchen space.

The vista0™ v1 model is a fully customizable house with various options available for exterior siding, roof modules, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems (including radiant floor heating) and accordion doors.
